Van DPF Cleaning

Professional DPF Cleaning for Vans in Westham, Pevensey

If your diesel van is suffering from a blocked or restricted Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), the most effective long-term solution is a professional DPF clean.

Lushington Commercial Vehicles in Westham, Pevensey, restores DPFs on Ford, Peugeot, Citroen, Renault, Vauxhall, Mercedes-Benz, and VW vans (up to 3.5t), including hybrid variants (IMI Level 4-qualified).  Our technicians use advanced equipment and proven cleaning processes designed specifically for modern commercial diesel systems.

Why DPF Cleaning Matters

A clogged DPF causes loss of power, increased fuel consumption, persistent dashboard warnings, limp-mode activation, and, eventually, costly component failure.  Many issues cannot be solved with on-vehicle regenerations alone.  A proper deep clean removes soot, ash, and stubborn contaminants that naturally build up over time and driving conditions – especially for vans used for short journeys or urban stop-start routes.

Advanced DPF Deep-Clean Process

Lushington Commercial Vehicles’ workshop uses specialist machinery to clean the DPF off the vehicle, flushing it thoroughly under controlled conditions.  This restores optimal flow rates and breathing efficiency, bringing the DPF back to near-factory performance.  Unlike basic on-car forced regenerations, this process eliminates even the compacted ash that regeneration cannot burn away.

Accurate Diagnosis Before Cleaning

Before cleaning, we run full diagnostics to confirm the root cause of the blockage. If additional issues – such as faulty sensors, EGR problems, or injector imbalance – are contributing to repeated DPF failures, we address them to prevent future disruption to your business operation.
